Sports Minister, Nathi Mthethwa, and his Communications counterpart, Stella Ndabeni Abrahams, are due to meet with PSL chairperson Irvin Khoza,
SABC representatives and Multichoice management in Cape Town this evening to discuss the PSL coverage issue.
No PSL soccer matches have been shown by the public broadcaster since the beginning of the season this month.
The SABC said that the R280 million deal that Multichoice was offering for PSL coverage did not make financial sense for the public broadcaster.
