The Stormers have made just one enforced change to their starting line-up as they prepare to take on the Highlanders in a Super Rugby game at Newlands on Saturday afternoon.
Coach Robbie Fleck says Scarra Ntubeni will replace the injured Bongi Mbonambi in the hooker position, with Chad Solomon coming on to the bench, where he will be in line to make his Stormers debut.
Fleck says at this stage of the competition it is nice to be able to have a consistency in selection and reward the players who did so well to draw 19 all against the Crusaders.
Fleck says apart from Mbonambi, the players have recovered well, and they have been careful to manage the players both mentally and physically this week.
Fleck says that for the remainder of the campaign it will be key to be able to select their strongest team.
Stormers captain Siya Kolisi says they need to just focus on winning every game now, and cannot prioritise any game over another.
Kolisi says there is obviously pressure on the team to get a result on Saturday, but says that the pressure is coming from the players themselves, and as a team they are handling it. – Report by Rob Delport
